Terms

Last updated November 8, 2026

These terms cover using WayPebble at waypebble.com. WayPebble is run by Kausrh LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By using WayPebble you agree to these terms. We’ve kept them short and plain.

Who can use WayPebble

WayPebble is for adults: parents, caregivers, teachers and therapists. You need to be 18 or over, or an adult where you live, to use it. Children can use the boards and stories you make, with you looking after them.

Using the free tools

WayPebble is free to use, with no account. You can make, print and use as many boards and stories as you like.

What you can do with your printouts

Printouts and PDFs you make are yours to use at home, in classrooms, in therapy sessions and anywhere else you support a child, and to share with the people who support that child, like teachers, therapists and family.

Please don’t sell them, or republish WayPebble’s symbols or picture stories for others to download, for example on a marketplace or a file-sharing site. Linking to a WayPebble page is always fine.

Your content

What you make is yours. Boards, stories and photos stay on your device (see our privacy page), and we don’t claim any rights to them.

Only add photos you have the right to use, and take care with photos of other people, especially other children.

Our symbols, stories and site

WayPebble’s symbols, picture stories, templates, designs and code belong to us or to the people who license them to us. You may use them in what you make with WayPebble, as described above. Please don’t copy or download the symbol set or the story library as a whole, or use them to build another product or service.

Not medical advice

WayPebble makes tools that support understanding and communication. It isn’t therapy, doesn’t diagnose or treat anything, and isn’t a replacement for a professional assessment, including an AAC assessment. Our picture stories are reviewed by professionals, but they’re written for children in general and may not suit yours. Talk to your child’s doctor, therapist or teacher about what’s right for them.

Using WayPebble responsibly

Please don’t:

  • try to break, overload or get around the security of the site;
  • use automated tools to download the site’s content in bulk (search engines are welcome);
  • use WayPebble to make anything unlawful or hateful, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights.

Changes to WayPebble

We keep improving WayPebble, so features may change, and we may pause or stop parts of it. Keep a printout or PDF of any board you rely on.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep WayPebble accurate and available, but it’s provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. We don’t promise it will always be available, free of errors, or right for your child.

Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, that come from using WayPebble. Our total liability for any claim about WayPebble is limited to US$50, or what you’ve paid us in the 12 months before the claim if that’s more.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow to be limited, or takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.

WayPebble sometimes links to other websites. We aren’t responsible for what’s on them or how they handle your information.

There’s nothing to buy on WayPebble yet. If we add paid features, their terms will be added here before they’re offered.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top, and if the change is significant we’ll say so on the site. If you keep using WayPebble after a change, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes about them go to the state or federal courts in Wyoming, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them in your local courts.
